In the San Diego area alone, 480,000 people face the threat of hunger daily, and 181,000 are children under
the age of 12

We hope to raise $500,000 to fight the hunger issue in San Diego by hosting an evening in celebration of food.

A night of colorful culture and cuisine, the black-tie gala, which will benefit San Diego Food Bank, is guaranteed to delight discerning and culturally-diverse palates with a selection of over 25 international tasting stations complete with rich décor and vibrant costumes representing each country and region.

Our Chefs

All of the chefs from The Hilton Family of Hotels in San Diego will be lending their skills to each create a signature dish and an international dish.

Vegetarian tasting stations will be available, as well as dessert stations. The cuisine at each station will be paired with local wine and specialty beverages.

Twenty-seven chefs from the Hilton Family Hotel Properties in San Diego will participate in the event, each creating a signature dish and an international dish.
